About Ladi Novotny

Born and raised in Czechoslovakia, Ladi Novotny embarked on his photography journey in 1979. Starting his career in Vienna, he soon moved to the United States in 1982, continually expanding his skills and horizons. Ladi's early experience was enriched between 1987-1988, working as a portrait photographer for Sierra West Photo.

 

His dedication and passion for the craft were further honed at Olan Mills Photography from 1988-1992, where he significantly expanded his expertise in portrait photography. As his proficiency and reputation grew, Ladi made the decision to shift his focus towards wedding photography in 1992. By the year 2000, he had firmly established his presence in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

 

Ladi's extensive portfolio extends beyond individual portraits and wedding photography. He has a rich body of work in journalism, having produced numerous captivating portraits for magazines over the years. His extraordinary talent has attracted a host of international show business personalities to pose before his lens. The likes of Anthony Quinn, Denzel Washington, Wyclef Jean, and Boy George are just a few of the names that have graced his impressive roster. In addition to these luminaries, Ladi has captured captivating images of influential figures such as former President Ronald Reagan and his wife, and renowned sports personalities like Mike Tyson and Oscar De La Hoya.

 

Throughout his distinguished career, Ladi Novotny has not only proven his versatility across different genres of photography but has also consistently showcased his exceptional ability to capture the unique essence of his subjects.
